Where do you deliver to?
I can deliver anywhere in the UK using a next-day service with a careful
and reliable courier - APC. I'm thinking about shipping abroad in the future,
so if you're interested, please get in touch!
How do I order?
You can reach me via the contact form - just let me know what
item, colour and themes you're interested in. We can then chat
about your ideas before you commit yourself to paying.
How do I pay for my item?
I usually ask for half of the total cost upfront, then will email you photos when your item is finished. I will then ask for the other half before I arrange delivery. You can pay through my 'Make a Payment' page, which uses PayPal and accepts any credit/debit card.
Can I pay by cheque?
Yes, but I'll need all of the payment upfront!
How long will my order take?
I aim to have your order to you within two weeks. However, it sometimes takes less time than this, and sometimes takes longer (at busy times like Christmas). If you have a specific date you need your item by - such as a birthday or christening - let me know, and I'll be sure it reaches you on time.
Will my item come assembled?
All my items come fully assembled and ready to use, apart from the tables - it's safer to send these without the legs attached, so I include instructions and screws to attach them, they're very easy to assemble!
Will my item be varnished?
Yes, I give all my items a couple of coats of a tough varnish so they're protected from everyday wear and tear. It also means you can wipe the item clean with a mild soap.
Do you have other items available which aren't on your site?
I'm always open to suggestions and new ideas for items to paint! If you have a specific item you're after, then please get in touch and I'll do my best to get hold of it for you.
Are you able to match an existing design or colour?
Yes, if you send me pictures of any items or schemes you
already have, I can make sure your Fancypants item matches it.
Can I have my item delivered to someone else's address?
Yes, I've had a number of items delivered as surprise presents!
If you want, I can include a personal message from you and deliver to any address in the UK.
What paints do you use?
I use water-based acrylic, metallic and emulsion paints, coated with a tough satin varnish.
When are your items delivered?
Your item will be with you the day after I send it, between Monday to Friday. It will reach you before 4pm on your chosen day. Please confirm if your delivery address if it's different to that on your PayPal account.
